The Embedded World Exhibition and Conference is held in Nuremberg, Germany, and is considered one of the largest and most important trade fairs for embedded technology in the world. The exhibition provides a platform for companies and organizations to showcase their latest innovations, products, and services in the field of embedded systems. The conference, which runs parallel to the exhibition, features expert presentations, workshops, and panel discussions on various topics related to embedded systems technology. Attendees can learn about the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field.

Data I/O has been participating in this event for several years, showcasing the latest in security provisioning and data programming solutions. This year, attendees were able to see how Data I/O is simplifying IoT security with in-booth demonstrations of the SentriX Security Deployment Platform.  During the expo, Data I/O held a forum presentation on the simplification of IoT security, was featured in an executive interview with Embedded Computing & Design and, even took part in a live-stream booth tour courtesy of Nicolas (Charbax) Charbonnier.

Data I/O Booth Tour

Relive the moment, or visit for the first time by taking a tour of the Data I/O booth thanks to Nicolas (Charbax) Charbonnier who stopped by to chat with Data I/O CEO and President, Anthony Ambrose during the show. This 16-minute video gives a clear overview of how Data I/O is approaching security provisioning with the SentriX Platform and PSV data programming solutions.

Forum Presentation: Simplifying Hardware-Based IoT Security in the Electronics Supply Chain with Pre-Defined Use Cases

Rajeev Gulati, Data I/O Vice President and CTO, spoke on the need for simplified security deployment in the electronics supply chain during an exhibitor’s forum during the event. Forum Description: Enterprises and consumer electronics OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) deploying IoT devices need easy-to-use systems to protect intellectual property, simplify their supply chains, and protect the data and privacy of their users. An integrated production system comprising security provisioning and simplified tools reduces the complexity of deploying hardware-based security from design to manufacturing. Pre-defined security use cases enable efficient deployment of IoT security into mass production-connected products.

Embedded Executives Interview with Embedded Computing & Design

During the expo Anthony Ambrose, Data I/O CEO and President, and Rich Nass from Embedded Computing and Design met to discuss the latest developments in IoT security and Data I/O’s role in leading device security implementation.

Having security to protect your firmware, protect your data stream, is really what enables you to monetize the data that you're going to get when you make intelligent IoT in a factory." Anthony Ambrose
